Job Description • Customer Service: Greet and engage customers with a friendly attitude, answer basic questions, and ensure that each guest has a positive experience. • Order Taking & Processing: Accurately take orders, handle cash or electronic transactions, and deliver orders in a timely manner. • Food Preparation & Service: Assist with preparing menu items (if applicable), assembling orders, and ensuring that food is served according to quality and hygiene standards. • Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep the work area, dining space, and service counters clean and organized. This includes regular cleaning tasks and restocking supplies. • Team Support: Work collaboratively with fellow crew members and supervisors to maintain service flow, resolve any issues, and adapt to busy periods. Key Responsibilities • Customer Interaction:Welcome and assist customers. Handle customer complaints or questions courteously. • Operational Duties:Ensure orders are correct and complete. Manage payment processes and cash handling. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu and any promotions. • Health & Safety Compliance:Adhere to food safety standards and company protocols. Follow proper cleaning and sanitization procedures. • Efficiency & Adaptability:Multi-task effectively during peak hours. Respond quickly to changes in workload and customer demands. Requirements & Qualifications • Flexibility:Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Open to both full-day and split-shift work, depending on the needs of the business. • Communication Skills:Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to listen actively and respond to customer needs. • Team Player:A cooperative attitude and willingness to support colleagues. Positive energy and the ability to work under pressure. • Physical Stamina:Capability to stand for extended periods. Willingness to perform tasks that may involve lifting or carrying items. • Attention to Detail:Focus on accuracy in order processing and adherence to hygiene standards. • Minimal Experience Required:Many positions welcome candidates with little or no prior experience, offering on-the-job training. A high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred but is often not mandatory.
