We are looking for a motivated and articulate Part-Time Telemarketer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients, introducing our services and scheduling appointments for our senior management team. If you are a confident communicator with a knack for building rapport over the phone, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads. • Clearly articulate our service offerings and value proposition. • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales/consulting team. • Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and client interest in our CRM system. • Follow up with prospects in a professional and timely manner. Requirements• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Mandarin is a plus to support our client base). • Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service is preferred. • Highly resilient with a positive attitude towards handling objections. • Proficient in basic computer skills and CRM/spreadsheet management. • Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. • Singaporean or PR preferred.
