Part Time Trainer

Remarks: This is a 1-year contract role with a 3-day work week (Friday to Sunday). The stated salary is pro-rated based on the 3-day work arrangement. Job Purpose To serve as a Psychosocial Support trainer under the Centre for Psychosocial Resilience and Humanitarian Studies (CPRHS), Singapore Red Cross Academy. Job Responsibilities Training & Development ● Deliver mental health and psychosocial support related training under the CPRHS. ● Develop mental health and psychosocial support related content and teaching aid for training. Trainer Management ● Oversee and lead trainer management, including assessment and coaching. ● Develop and oversee trainer assessment function ● Conduct internal training for CPRHS’ pool of trainers for curriculum related updates and CPRHS protocols. Other Duties ● Administration duties related to training, as required ● Facilitate events and advocacy efforts as a representative of the Centre.
