Job Description: • Offers competitive benefits package such as medical benefits, specialist outpatient benefits, dental coverage and etc. • Walking distance from MRT • Dynamic Working Environment As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties: • Handle and escalate patient feedback to the appropriate supervisor promptly. • Perform accurate patient registration and screening, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. • Ensure timely billing and same-day collection of payments. • Maintain clinic readiness, including cleanliness and proper functioning of self-service kiosks and waiting areas. • Ensure the clinic is fully prepared to receive the first patient 15 minutes before scheduled start. • Support appointment coordination for both new and follow-up visits. • Assist clinicians and therapists to facilitate smooth and efficient consultations. • Monitor patient wait times and keep them informed proactively. Requirements: • Candidates should possess a minimum of GCE ‘N’ Level certification, • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using basic IT tools and systems. • A dependable and cooperative team player • Able to multitask • Possesses a strong customer-focused attitude, with the ability to respond to requests promptly and professionally.  Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click on “Apply”.
