Patient Service Associate ( Bedok/Sengkang/Outram/Marine Parade/Pasir Ris) #HTJ

Responsibilities: • Greet and register patients • Schedule patient appointment • Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals • Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner • Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary • Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service • Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster.
