About this role
Location: Central Area Contract Period: 27 May 2026 to 26 May 2027 (1 year contract) Working Hours: • Monday to Fridays: 8.30am to 6pm Job scope: • Assist in processing monthly payroll and invoices • Process CPF submissions and IR8A • Maintain accurate employee records and update personnel files • Provide administrative support, such as reimbursements, data entry, filing, and document management • Handle to incoming calls and attending to visitors • Performing any ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: • Minimum GCE 'O' Level • At least 1 year of relevant working experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel • Experience in payroll software preferred (eg: WhyzeHR) • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels • Ability to work independently and as part of a team We regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
