This includes working closely with the People team on Candidate Experience projects, Operations, Policies, and Employee Experience projects. You will work with the human resources team to create a culture of openness, learning, operational excellence, collaboration, honesty and innovation.  We are looking for someone who can start from August onwards - ideally on a full-time internship. For part-time internships, we would require an availability of 3 days a week. Please indicate your internship availability in your application. ResponsibilitiesPeople Operations • Ownership of people operations specific to our Internship programme (i.e. creation of employee P-files, onboarding and offboarding emails) • Identify and on-board new vendors for internal corporate discounts • Craft and send out communications company-wide to update our teams on global holidays People Policies • Support with research, and the review and revamp of HR policies to ensure relevance and alignment globally  People Experience • Support with internal communications of People policies and initiatives • Support with internal engagement events and learning events • Support in crafting and structuring content for internal training sessions • Develop internal employee self-help tools to answer commonly received questions regarding People policies Candidate Experience • Assist in recruitment operations, including scheduling tasks, posting open roles on job boards, communicating with candidates and hiring teams, as well as managing stakeholders • Assist in Mighty Jaxx’s internship recruitment process across the organisation • Resume screening, sharing of profiles, gathering feedback from hiring teams, and involvement in the different interview steps for open intern & full-time roles Requirements• Keen interest in people, policies and how they play out in an SME company • Adaptability - you would likely be working on multiple projects with different People team members, a willingness to embrace the variety of work would be crucial • Able to commit for a minimum internship period of 3 months • Candidates with a specialisation in Human Resource or related diploma / degree preferred, but not necessary To apply, please send an updated copy of your resume to people@mightyjaxx.com While we value all submissions, we regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted by our People team.
