About this role
• Ensure clinic's operational and procedural area readiness based on desired service standards. • Assist with smooth patient journey including accurate and timely registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering and any other enquiries such as insurance provider's information for billing. • Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses and prepare consultation documents. • Attend to any requests, emails and phone enquiries. • Assist clinic manager in administrative duties. • Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time Requirements • Min N / O level • Min 1 to 2 years of Clinic assistant / PSA experience Interested candidates, please forward your resume to kevynhuang@recruitexpress.com.sg Consultant: Huang Jingsheng Kevyn (R1333338) Recruit Express Pte Ltd (99C4599)
