Job Summary Support the Grooming Team by performing tasks that improve operational efficiency and contribute to quality animal care and client communication. Responsibilities • Assist the Grooming Team with daily tasks to improve workflow and service delivery • Handle and care for dogs to maintain their well-being during grooming processes • Communicate clearly in English and Chinese with clients to provide accurate information and support • Work on weekends as required to meet business scheduling demands Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience in handling and caring for dogs to ensure proper animal care • Proficient in English and Chinese (oral and written) to communicate effectively with clients • Availability to work weekends to support business scheduling needs
