As a key member of the engineering team, you will spearhead change control activities and manage engineering projects that support critical manufacturing operations. Working closely with stakeholders across production, quality, validation, and maintenance functions, you will play a pivotal role in delivering upgrades, process enhancements, and compliance-focused improvements. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end change control activities for engineering and manufacturing projects • Manage equipment upgrades, facility enhancement projects, and process optimization initiatives • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project planning, execution, and implementation • Conduct impact assessments, risk evaluations, and implementation strategies for engineering changes • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, project records, and GMP-compliant change control documentation • Coordinate project schedules, vendor activities, and site execution plans to achieve project milestones • Support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities where required • Ensure engineering works comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and manufacturing effectiveness Requirements • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline • Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or other regulated manufacturing environments is advantageous • Understanding of GMP requirements, change control systems, and engineering project management practices • Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and technical documentation management • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively If you are keen to contribute to meaningful manufacturing improvements and advance your engineering career in a highly regulated industry, we would love to hear from you.
