Phonics Teacher

Job description: • Plan and deliver effective phonics lessons tailored to students’ age and ability levels • Teach letter-sound relationships, blending, segmenting, and decoding skills • Assess students’ progress and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians • Create a positive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment • Develop and adapt teaching materials to meet diverse learning needs • Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active participation Job Requirements: • Prior experience teaching young learners or early childhood education • At least 1–2 years of experience teaching phonics or early literacy • Strong spoken and written English skills • Good classroom management and communication skills • Passion for working with young children • Willingness to travel to different preschool locations for assignments If you are passionate about teaching, we invite you to send your resume detailing your relevant experience to beinspired@supergenius.sg.
