Physiotherapist (Full-Time/Part-Time/Locum)

Responsibilities: · Involve in the care teams assessment of clients in maintenance day care, dementia day care and community rehabilitative programmes; · Develop and implement care plans for clients and their caregivers with other care team members; · Perform assessment of the client’s physical mobility and falls risk; · Provide appropriate physiotherapy interventions based on assessment of clients; · Conduct functional mobility, training, including the prescription and use of appropriate mobility and/or walking aids; · Plan, implement and evaluate individual and group physical activity and exercise programmes; · Conduct and/or supervise group therapy and exercises for the clients; · Conduct education and training for client’s caregivers; provides support as required; · Conduct in-service training or/sessions for care staff and volunteers; · Maintain documentation of clients’ progress and outcomes of care provision; · Recommend new strategies to the Manager (FHGCC); Qualification: · Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy · Obtained full registration with the Allied Health Professional Council in Singapore · Good written and spoken English · A mature individual and a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills · Possess analytical and problem-solving skills · Passionate in serving the needy and vulnerable · Proficient in Microsoft Office – MS Word and Excel
