About this role
Job Scope: • Match suitable domestic helpers with families proactively. • Working closely with helpers, employers, and other stakeholders for order closing and deployments • Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships. • Conduct interviews with helpers and preparing the biodata • Issue resolution Job Requirements: • At least CEI (Basic) certification • At least 1 year experience in employment agency for domestic helpers • Strong sales mindset, independent, and highly motivated. • Excellent communication skills and a positive • Team-player • Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel Working Schedule: 5-day work week (on roster basis) Working Hours: 10am to 7pm Location: Bukit Timah Shopping Centre
