About this role
Responsibilities PEOPLE • Liaise regularly with Project Managers on Project Requirements • Maintain Perm, Temp and Vendor resource inventory. • Ensure staff reflected correctly in MOS/Systems. • Help the program manager in monthly task allocation and performance review/appraisal. • Track Temp and Vendor expiry and renewals. • Track On-boarding / Off boarding etc. • Time-sheet assignment. PROCUREMENT • Track Memos, SOW, Procurement records. • Track and ensure timely invoice submission & any correction request from client. • Purchase Order (PO) Tracking & Cost Management. • Track Vendor payment. • Filling contract documents. ADHOC REQUESTS • Coordinate info collection and submission (e.g. seating forecast, aging vendor payment, Analytics, Budgeting, Performance Management, etc.) • Data Analysis and Reporting to Program Manager on an as needed basis • Customize company sales deck and presentations as required Skills/Requirement • Degree Holder from an accredited institution. • A friendly demeanor and ability to excel in a team-oriented environment. • 2 + years of relevant experience as a PMO, preferably in ‘Financial Domain IT’ Industry • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel). • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines. • Ability to learn and adapt towards procedural changes.
