About this role
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? 1/ Commercial Acceleration • Support the global Commercial Acceleration initiative by leveraging the Sprint programme within the Consumer & Retail (C&R) sector. • Collaborate with local sector and product teams to identify growth opportunities through spot quotations and customer demand trends. • Coordinate with regional and local stakeholders to establish effective processes and operating models that enable the capture and conversion of new business opportunities. • Monitor initiative performance and provide insights and recommendations to drive commercial growth 2/ Budget Planning & Coordination • Support the annual budgeting process across the APAC region by coordinating inputs and ensuring alignment with Global Head Office (GHO), Global Key Account Managers (GKAMs) for Century clients, regional teams, and product stakeholders. 3/ Consumer & Retail (C&R) Growth Strategy • Analyze C&R tender and commercial data to assess CEVA's market positioning. • Identify growth opportunities, strategic priorities, and areas for business expansion across the region. • Support the evaluation of product development opportunities, including value-added services and solutions such as AOS. • Develop insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and long-term growth initiatives. 4/ Data Analysis & Strategic Projects • Perform market, customer, and commercial data analysis to generate actionable business insights. • Support strategic projects and PMO initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and preparing management updates. • Create presentations, dashboards, and reports to support leadership decision-making and business reviews. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Degree in Business / Supply Chain and Logistics, or a related field. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an advantage. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across functions and cultures. • Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a keen interest in commercial strategy, business development, and logistics.
