About this role
• Greet and register patients • Schedule patient appointment • Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals • Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner • Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary • Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service • Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station Requirements • Don’t need any healthcare experience! Any customer service / admin duties are okay • Must be comfortable to use computer for patient registration / schedule appointment / payment • Must be ok to start as early as 630am on certain days.
