Pop-Up Store Promoter

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Pop-Up Store Promoter to support our retail sales activities at roadshows, exhibitions, and pop-up booths. You will be responsible for engaging customers, promoting products, and driving sales while delivering excellent customer service and representing the brand professionally. Key Responsibilities• Actively approach and engage customers to introduce and promote products • Explain product features, benefits, and usage clearly to customers • Demonstrate products when required to enhance customer understanding • Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate product information • Recommend suitable products based on customer needs • Drive sales and achieve daily / monthly sales targets • Assist with sales transactions and issue receipts when required • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and attractive display of the booth/store • Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to supervisor • Collect customer feedback and share insights with management • Support promotional activities such as sampling, roadshows, and live demonstrations Requirements• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills • Confident in approaching and interacting with customers • Responsible, punctual, and committed to work • Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment • Training will be provided for product knowledge Preferred Qualifications• Prior experience in retail sales, roadshows, exhibitions, or pop-up stores • Bilingual or multilingual (e.g., English & Chinese) to liaise with diverse customers • Sales-driven with a customer-focused mindset Working Conditions• Permanent position • Work locations include shopping malls, events, and pop-up markets • Able to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts Salary & Benefits• Basic Salary: SGD $2,000 per month • Attractive commission structure (based on sales performance) • Training and on-the-job guidance provided
