GUEST EXPERIENCE CREW / GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGER (SERVICE ROLE) (5 DAY / 6 DAY JOB PACKAGES AVAILABLE!) ***22 Stores across the Island, apply now!*** Key Responsibilities: • Guest Engagement to ensure best guest experience • Assist at the counter which includes Cashiering, Release of Orders to guests & delivery riders, and assisting with queries • Ensure order accuracy • Ensure cleanliness of lobby and counter areas at all times • Ensure Food safety, Hygiene and Guest Experience Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to the highest standards • Ensure that Self-Ordering Kiosks (SOKs) are functioning during restaurant operating hours • Assist with restaurant operational trackers and to gather guest feedback • Assist with the disposal of lobby rubbish • Adhere to brand operations standards • Guest Experience Manager to manage the above tasks and to lead the guest experience crew(s) within the restaurant Pre-requisites: • With or without experience are welcome (training will be provided) • Pleasant personality • Proactive in learning • Good communication skills • Able to work under pressure • Need to work on weekends / Public Holidays / Shift Work  • 5 Day / 6 Day Work Week Packages Available (Full-Timers)!
