Availability Required: Weekdays, from 2:30pm onwards SweatINCGlobal is looking for passionate and creative Arts & Craft Enrichment Instructors to join our enrichment team. The instructor will be responsible for conducting fun, engaging, and age-appropriate craft-based lessons for children in school and enrichment settings. This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy working with children, are patient, expressive, and able to guide students through hands-on creative activities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct arts and craft enrichment lessons for children in schools or enrichment venues. Plan and deliver engaging activities such as clay-making, sand art, painting, drawing, paper craft, simple DIY projects, and other creative hands-on activities. Guide students step-by-step while allowing room for creativity and self-expression. Ensure all materials are prepared before class and packed up neatly after sessions. Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour and keep students engaged throughout the session. Provide simple feedback on students’ participation, creativity, and progress when required. Work closely with the SweatINCGlobal team to ensure programme quality and smooth operations. Requirements: Must be available on weekdays from 2:30pm onwards. Experience working with children is preferred. Background in arts, craft, early childhood, teaching, enrichment, or related fields is a bonus. Able to communicate clearly and confidently with children. Patient, responsible, punctual, and energetic. Able to manage a group of students independently. Must be comfortable conducting hands-on activities and preparing basic craft materials. Preferred Qualities: Creative and expressive. Warm and approachable personality. Good classroom management skills. Enjoys helping children build confidence through creativity. Able to adapt activities based on students’ age and ability level.
