Job Title: Premium Japanese Restaurant Management Trainee (ID1684) Location: Central Premium Japanese Restaurant Working Hours: 5.5 days 9am to 6pm or 1pm to 10pm (include 1 hour break) Salary: Up to $3500 Benefit: AWS, PH off in lieu, 1 meal provided daily Job Responsibilities: • Take charge of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness assurance within the restaurant operations • Supervise store operations, cash control, and shift management • Manage a high-performance team and develop their talents • Drive recruitment, training, and marketing campaigns
