The Centre Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of the centre and supports the centre principals/leaders in financial and general administrative matters. Job Scope of Centre Administrator 1. Ensure compliance with all legal and licensing requirements, as well as company policies and procedures. 2. Provide accurate information regarding school fees and programs. 3. Maintain and file records of children's particulars via e-filing. 4. Collaborate with centre principals and HQ staff. 5. Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs to uphold safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards at the centre. 6. Oversee the administrative functions of the centre, including: ❖ ECDA CMS ❖ Taidii System ❖ Expenses report ❖ Grants and subsidies ❖ Fee payments ❖ Invoices and bills checking ❖ Procurement ❖ Maintenance RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist with the coordination of new child admissions and provide administrative support for enrolment documentation and payments. • Support the submission of reports, applications for subsidies/grants, withdrawals, and record-keeping. • Enter new student information into the CMS and Taidii systems. • Liaise with the Finance department regarding programme payment collection, record-keeping, and invoicing. • Manage procurement of items such as capital expenditures, groceries, cleaning supplies, stationery, and other resources by raising purchase orders. Job Requirements • Min O level in general discipline, administration, or related field with 2 years of relevant work experience • Possess relatively strong interpersonal skills to communicate constructively with colleagues and peers • Good written and verbal communication skills • Highly motivated, strong time management skills and able to multitask • Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment • Well versed with ECDA requirements will be an added advantage • Proficient in Microsoft applications
