Preschool Relief Cleaner (Part-Time/Contract)

Why Join Us? • Short-term, part-time and temporary opportunities available • Assignments available island-wide • Opportunity to work in established preschool environments Job Description: • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of classrooms, toilets, play areas, and common areas on a daily basis • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and surfaces • Clean and sanitise toys, learning materials, and equipment regularly • Dispose of rubbish and ensure proper waste management practices are followed • Monitor, replenish, and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in pantry and eating areas • Support cleaning duties after children's activities and mealtimes • Follow established cleaning schedules, health and safety procedures, and centre guidelines • Perform any other duties reasonably assigned within the scope of the role Requirements: • Prior cleaning experience is preferred, particularly in schools, preschools, childcare centres, healthcare settings, or similar environments • Comfortable working in a preschool setting with young children • Responsible, reliable, and attentive to detail • Physically fit and able to carry out manual cleaning duties • Possess a basic understanding of hygiene and workplace safety practices • Positive attitude with a willingness to support the centre's operational needs • Able to commence work at short notice will be an added advantage Interested candidates are invited to send in their Resume in MS Word Format, stating their past work experience, reasons for each job move, and their past and expected salary.
