Preschool Teacher (Part- Time)

Job Summary Plan, implement, and evaluate lessons for nursery children aged 3-4 years, ensuring their well-being and building strong relationships with children and their families. Responsibilities • Co-design and deliver lesson plans aligned with the NEL and centre’s curriculum frameworks for nursery children aged 3-4 years • Monitor and support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of children in the classroom • Establish and maintain positive rapport with children and their families to foster a supportive learning environment • Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and families to support children’s development • Manage daily work schedule of 5 hours per day, 5 days a week, maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality Required competencies and certifications • Hold an Advance Certificate in ECCE / Higher Nitec in ECCE or • Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education • Meet ECDA’s L1 or L2 LON category Preferred competencies and qualifications • At least one year experience working in a kindergarten or childcare setting • Demonstrate good teamwork skills • Exhibit effective communication skills (English)
