Principal Consultant

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale Big Data and analytics solutions using Spark, PySpark, Databricks, Hadoop, Kafka, and cloud platforms (AWS/OCI), supporting high-volume data processing, regulatory reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. • Architect and optimize end-to-end data pipelines, including batch and real-time data ingestion, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and reporting workflows, ensuring scalability, performance, and data quality across complex enterprise environments. • Drive data lake and data warehouse initiatives by integrating data from multiple source systems, developing PySpark-based ETL frameworks, and leveraging Databricks, Hive, Teradata, Oracle, and SQL Server technologies to support advanced analytics and strategic decision-making. • Provide technical leadership in database administration and performance engineering, managing Oracle, SQL Server, Informix, and Teradata platforms, including database design, migration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, high availability, and production support. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technology partners to deliver mission-critical solutions, manage releases, ensure SLA compliance, perform impact analysis, and drive successful project delivery across Banking, Government, Healthcare, and Insurance domains. • Champion innovation through the adoption of AI and Generative AI technologies, leveraging Databricks, Spark ML, Python, and prompt engineering techniques to enhance automation, intelligent analytics, operational efficiency, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
