About this role
Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Process & Tools RPA Analyst (GRIT) process, business, and product teams to design, build, align, test, and implement integration solutions across various systems, including ERP platforms, APIs, and third-party connectors, ensuring seamless automation processes that align with business objectives. • Lead the integration of automation solutions with ERP systems, ensuring smooth data flow and interoperability between different enterprise applications and tools. • Develop, configure, and deploy APIs, connectors, and other integration components that link automation solutions with existing IT infrastructure, ensuring real-time data exchange and system synchronization. • Design and implement a structured training framework for RPA/automation developers, providing onboarding and skill development for new team members, particularly in ERP and API integration areas • Coordinate the deployment, integration, and rollout of RPA/automation solutions across both local and international sites, ensuring ERP systems, APIs, and third-party services are properly connected and operational. • Provide ongoing support for the operation and maintenance of integrated RPA/automation systems, including troubleshooting issues related to ERP integrations and API performance. • Work within Scrum/Agile methodologies, delivering iterative improvements and providing regular updates to product and process owners on the progress of integration and automation work, particularly concerning ERP and API integration. • Lead integration projects related to process improvement, guiding teams through the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions that connect to various enterprise systems, ensuring thorough user support and maintenance. Some projects may be managed by internal teams or external contractors. • Develop a training plan to build a pool of dashboard developers and provide coaching to key users and dashboard developers in AAIC. • Directly manage specific assigned projects, follow through on timelines to completion, track ROI, and/or help arbitrate and manage the projects. • Pilot projects related to the evolution of tooling processes, being involved in the design, development, and deployment phases up to user support. Some projects may be managed by other internally appointed/volunteered team members (within and external to AAIC), or by external contractors. Requirements: • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java, with solid experience in developing, integrating, and maintaining complex software applications and solutions. • Strong familiarity with SOAP and RESTful APIs, WMS, middleware, and connector development for seamless system integration. • Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following industry best practices and design patterns, especially in the context of integrating automation tools with existing enterprise systems such as ERPs. • Experience in process and business analysis, from design to implementation, as well as managing UAT and bug fixes. • Willingness to be hands-on and demonstrate solutions, going beyond the normal scope. • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and improvement. • Openness to understanding business stakes, critical needs, and key activities to ensure achievement of the company’s objectives. • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional and international teams. • Equipped with a can do attitude to drive for digital transformation projects and process improvement initiatives, to drive change through automation and system integration
