Our client is a Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Solutions company. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Procurement Assistant to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West Central area. Job Responsibilities: • Perform data entry into ERP/relevant system accurately and in a timely manner • Support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks within the procurement function • Maintain proper filing and documentation of procurement-related records • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all records • Assist in updating and verifying information in internal systems • Support basic reporting and record-keeping tasks when required • Follow established processes and instructions to ensure smooth workflow • Assist in general administrative duties assigned by the team • Perform ad-hoc duties when required Requirements: • Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and data entry • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy • Responsible, organized, and willing to learn Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume/cv.
