Job Details Working Days: Monday – Friday Working Hours: 08:00 – 05:33 PM Working Location : Boon Lay, Aircon environment Company Transport from Multiple Locations in the morning Company Transport back to Boon Lay / Multiple Locations at 5:30pm. 6 Months Contract, convertible to perm based on company's needs Job PurposeWe are seeking a Procurement Executive to support sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management activities. The role involves identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating, documentation, and coordinating the timely delivery of materials and services. Key Responsibilities• Maintain a strong supplier base to support operational and business requirements • Sourcing for local and overseas suppliers based on pricing, quality, reliability, and capacity • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with vendors • Issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery of materials and services • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation • Monitor supplier performance and maintain positive vendor relationships • Work closely with finance and operations teams on budgeting, cost control, and procurement planning • Handle procurement documentation, approvals, reporting, and administrative processes • Coordinate and manage import shipments where required • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Procurement HOD Requirements• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain functions • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain operations • Able to manage multiple suppliers, priorities, and deadlines effectively • Familiarity with import and shipment procedures will be an advantage Interested candidates may send their CV to: ahe@temp-team.com.sg Hendro Abidin EA Licence No.: 01C3135 EA Registration No.: R25130044
