About this role
Benefits: • Basic up $5000 • Monday to Friday, office hours • Location: West/ Tuas • MNC Job Scope: • Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, quotation requests, tender administration, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and contract management. • Ensure all purchased materials and services meet user specifications and requirements • Monitor and manage supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery timelines, and cost competitiveness, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and expectations • Liaise with the Finance department on payment-related matters • Conduct market research and engage with industry stakeholders to gain insights into supplier landscape and market conditions • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Job Requirement: • Diploma/ Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related fields • Minimum 2 to 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the engineering, logistics, aerospace, marine, or related industries.
