Procurement ExecutiveLocation: Pasir Panjang Employment Type: 12 months contract Salary: Up to $3,450 per month Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Mon to Thu) 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri) About the Role We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to support procurement related administrative matters and system coordination. This role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable working with procurement platforms, ERP systems, purchase orders, and internal stakeholders. You will be involved in supporting procurement activities, handling system related follow ups, assisting users with queries, and ensuring purchase order and goods receipt matters are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities • Support administrative follow up for procurement and ERP related matters • Assist with publication, award, and processing of procurement requests such as ITQs, ITTs, and RFQs • Support purchase order matters including issuance, variation, creation, closure, and termination • Liaise with system helpdesks, internal users, and external service providers to resolve operational issues • Guide users on proper and timely goods receipt processes in the ERP system • Handle general staff queries relating to procurement and system processes • Coordinate with requestors and vendors to resolve purchase order related issues • Assist with other administrative or procurement support duties when required Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline • At least 1 year of relevant administrative, procurement, finance, or operations support experience • Experience with procurement platforms, ERP systems, or finance systems will be an advantage • Familiarity with procurement processes such as RFQs, ITQs, ITTs, and purchase orders is preferred • Good written and verbal communication skills • Able to liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and support teams professionally • Independent, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time • Prior experience in a public sector or structured corporate environment will be an added advantage Who This Role May Suit This role may be suitable for candidates who enjoy administrative coordination, procurement support, system based work, and stakeholder communication.
