About this role
• Plan, write, and execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and Live Testing test cases for features, ensuring quality and readiness before go-live. • Review API documentation, understand payment UIUX flows, and support payment partners through integration-related questions and troubleshooting. • Support day-to-day product operations, including incident management, merchant issue resolution, feature tracking, copywriting updates, and post-maintenance verification testing.
