Production Intern (Social Media & Content Production)About the RoleWe’re looking for a full-time Production Intern who is passionate about content creation, social media, and visual storytelling. This internship is designed for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in shoots, editing, and content production across a variety of brands and industries. You’ll work closely with Producers, Creatives, Strategists, and Account Managers to support the production of social-first content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. What You’ll Learn & ExperienceDuring Your Internship, You Will:• Support shoots across multiple client accounts and industries • Gain hands-on experience in pre-production, on-set production, and post-production workflows • Assist with planning and coordinating shoots, including logistics and equipment preparation • Learn camera operation, lighting setups, framing, and social-first filming techniques • Edit short-form social media content including reels, TikToks, and event highlights • Develop foundational skills in colour correction, sound balancing, captions, and motion graphics • Work alongside creatives to bring content ideas and storyboards to life • Stay updated on social media trends, editing styles, and platform best practices Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Production Support• Assist with preparing equipment, props, and shoot logistics • Help with shoot schedules, call sheets, and production checklists • Support location preparation and coordination On-Set Support• Assist with camera, lighting, and audio setups during shoots • Support talent coordination and behind-the-scenes content capture • Help ensure shoots run smoothly and on schedule • Shoot simple videos independently Post-Production Support• Organise and label raw footage for editing workflows • Edit basic short-form videos for social media • Add captions, transitions, music, and simple motion graphics • Support photo selection and basic retouching where required Team Collaboration• Work closely with Producers, Creatives, and Account Managers • Participate in brainstorms and contribute content ideas • Communicate progress clearly and proactively with the team Who We’re Looking For• Passionate about content creation, videography, photography, or editing • Familiar with social media platforms and content trends • Basic knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar tools • Eager to learn and open to feedback • Organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Able to multitask and support multiple projects at once • Able to commit to a 6-month full time internship Bonus Points If You Have• Experience shooting or editing your own content • Familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless cameras • Basic photography or motion graphics skills • A portfolio, TikTok/IG page, or sample edits to share What You’ll Gain• Real agency experience working on established brands and campaigns • Mentorship from experienced producers and creatives • Exposure to professional production workflows • Opportunities to build your portfolio with real client work • A deeper understanding of social media content production and storytelling
