This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing and motivating sales teams, and driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about health, wellness, and skincare, with strong leadership, sales management, and market development capabilities. Key Responsibilities1. Sales Management • Lead, manage, and motivate sales teams by setting clear sales targets and implementing effective sales strategies. • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to enhance customer engagement and sales effectiveness. • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales incentive programs to drive revenue growth. 2. Product Knowledge & Training • Ensure sales teams maintain strong product knowledge of health supplements and skincare products. • Conduct regular product briefings and training sessions to support effective selling. • Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches to ensure training relevance. 3. Customer Relationship Management • Maintain high standards of customer service through effective communication and product education. • Handle key customer inquiries and provide strategic solutions when required. • Build and sustain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty. 4. Market Analysis & Strategy • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, product positioning, and market penetration plans. • Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports to identify growth opportunities. 5. Team Leadership & Development • Lead, mentor, and develop sales team members to achieve individual and team targets. • Implement performance metrics and conduct regular performance evaluations. • Foster a collaborative, results-driven work environment that supports professional growth. Qualifications• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; background in health, skincare, or wellness is an advantage. • Minimum 3 years of sales management experience, preferably in the health supplement or skincare industry. • Proven track record of leading and managing sales teams. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools. • Passion for health, wellness, and skincare products.
