Company Overview Montessori Seniors Ltd is a registered charity providing care for elderly persons, especially those with dementia, through activity programs based on the Montessori approach. Job Summary You will plan, implement, and evaluate engaging activities for elderly clients, assist with their personal care, and support the centre’s cleanliness and operational protocols to enhance client well-being. Responsibilities • Plan, implement, and evaluate activity programs tailored to elderly clients to promote engagement and well-being • Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations to support and facilitate activity sessions • Engage elderly clients actively during activities to encourage participation and social interaction • Assist elderly clients with personal care needs including hygiene, positioning, transfers, and ambulating to ensure their comfort and safety • Follow the centre’s operational protocols consistently to maintain a safe and supportive environment • Perform incidental housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness of the centre’s environment, equipment, furniture, and tools • Carry out additional tasks assigned by management to support centre operations and client care
