A leading Singapore Research company is looking for Programme & Events Executive (contract) to support the planning and delivery of founder-centric programmes and events. Responsibilities : • Coordinate and deliver programmes and events end-to-end, including preparation, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up. • Support smaller activities such as workshops, briefings, and community sessions that build momentum towards larger events or programme milestones. • Manage event logistics, schedules, communications, and vendors in a timely and structured manner. • Work closely with internal teams, founders, speakers, mentors, partners, and service providers. • Track actions and deliverables, and adapt plans as requirements or priorities change. Preferred Requirements • Minimum Diploma qualification in Hospitality, Business, Event Management, or related discipline. • Relevant experience (internship or professional) supporting events, programmes, or community initiatives. • Exposure to conferences, training programmes, trade shows, or corporate events. • Good organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. • Clear communication skills and a professional, collaborative working style. • Interest in innovation, deep tech, entrepreneurship, or startups is an advantage. • Comfortable coordinating people and activities in situations with changing priorities. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and positive in a team-based environment.
