About this role
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of reading and literary arts programmes for youth and adult audiences • Assist with programme facilitation and on‑site delivery when required • Coordinate marketing support for programmes, including the preparation of promotional collaterals • Liaise with partners, assess partnership and venue sponsorship requests, and explore new collaboration opportunities • Provide administrative, logistics, and procurement support for programmes and related initiatives • Assist with reporting and oversee the preparation of programme resources, including reading materials Requirements• Diploma in Arts, Education, Communications, or a related discipline • Prior experience in programme coordination, events management, or community initiatives is preferred • Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, partners, and vendors • Willingness to support programmes conducted outside regular office hours when required Information • Working Hours:5‑day work week, 9.00am – 6.00pm (Occasional evening and weekend work may be required for programme facilitation) We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
