Programme & Product Marketing Assistant (Temp to Perm | Part-Time / Contract / Internship)

Job Summary Support the end-to-end development and execution of collectible products by coordinating programmes and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Responsibilities • Coordinate and support programme execution from concept through to final product delivery to meet project goals • Collaborate with marketing, sales, design, and operations teams to maintain smooth workflows and align on deliverables • Liaise with external partners to track progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards • Prepare and organise product information, marketing materials, and packaging requirements for campaigns and launches • Monitor and update key project details, timelines, and requirements to maintain accuracy and completeness • Manage data, documentation, and project updates with precision to support decision-making and reporting • Respond promptly and clearly to client and stakeholder queries, providing accurate product and programme information Required competencies and certifications • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic documentation tools Preferred competencies and qualifications • Interest in product marketing, programme coordination, or campaign execution • Ability to work independently across multiple stakeholders and follow through on tasks • Meticulous and organised approach to handling data and managing timelines Other Information • Employment Type: Part-Time / Contract / Internship • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM • Location: Teban Gardens (West area) • Commitment: Minimum 3 - 6 months preferred • Start Date: Immediate or short notice preferred • Career Opportunity: Potential for conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs
