Dulwich College (Singapore) is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Programmes Administrator to join our Learning Beyond the Classroom (LBtC) team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional student experiences beyond the classroom, with a particular focus on the Ignite: Switzerland Programme, including student recruitment, end-to-end coordination, and the opportunity to regularly travel internationally as a flight chaperone. Key ResponsibilitiesIgnite: Switzerland Programme • Lead the end-to-end coordination of the Ignite: Switzerland programme • Drive student recruitment, engagement, and communications • Manage all programme logistics, including international travel arrangements • Travel with students as a flight chaperone, supporting their journey and experience Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award • Provide administrative and systems support to ensure smooth programme delivery • Support the planning of Adventurous Journeys, including transport and provider liaison • Manage registrations, track student progress, and coordinate certifications • Oversee financial administration, including fee collection and budget reconciliation EIMx & Camp Programmes • Coordinate logistics, promotions, and student registration for regional and international programmes • Support the delivery of exciting camp and learning adventure opportunities across the Dulwich network Outdoor Education & Educational Visits • Administer all outdoor education provision, ensuring systems and documentation are accurate and up to date • Support planning and execution of educational visits and adventure programmes • Ensure all activities meet College policies, safeguarding standards, and regulatory requirements General Responsibilities• Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and external providers • Act as a key liaison across departments including Finance, Procurement, Health Centre, and Operations • Support budgeting processes and monitor programme costs and payments • Ensure clear, timely, and engaging communication for all programmes • Manage queries and feedback professionally and proactively • Contribute to the wider life of the College and champion the values of Learning Beyond the Classroom Person Specification• Proven experience in administration, programme coordination, or events management • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Confident working with diverse stakeholders across an international context • High level of IT proficiency (Microsoft Office and database systems) • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented • Experience in education, outdoor education, or international programmes would be an advantage We welcome and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds.
