About this role
Support engaging museum programmes and education activities that connect people with heritage. You will help coordinate events, assist with onsite operations, and support school and community learning initiatives. Contract Period: 1 year Location: East Region / Bugis (as required) Working Hours: Office hours (weekends as required for programmes) Responsibilities: • Assist in planning and execution of museum programmes and education activities, including onsite and online events • Support event operations such as setup, teardown, crowd management, and visitor facilitation • Liaise with schools, community partners, vendors, and institutions to support programme delivery • Coordinate school bookings, scheduling, and stakeholder communications for education programmes at community galleries • Support development of curriculum-aligned learning activities and experiential content for students and general audiences • Maintain programme data, feedback collection, and reporting for continuous improvement Requirements: • Singaporean only • Diploma or Degree in Communications, Arts, Events Management, or related fields • Experience in events, education, outreach, or community engagement preferred By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
