PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities: Asset Management ·         Maintain up-to-date network inventory in CMDB system and network database. ·         Track the lifecycle of network assets. ·         Coordinate disposal of network assets and annual fixed asset verification. Telco Billing ·         Process and verify telco invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. ·         Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate with vendors for resolutions. ·         Provide monthly costing for reporting. Data Line Tracking and Contract Management ·         Keep track of new, upgraded and terminated network data lines. ·         Monitor contract expirations and coordinate renewal, termination or upgrades with network engineers and service providers. ·         Ensure proper documentation of all network data line changes for auditing and cost management. Data Management and Reporting ·       Utilize MS Excel for data entry, organize, analysis and reporting on asset tracking, network data lines, contract renewals and telco billing. Requirements: Education: ·       Diploma / Degree in Business/Asset Management, or relevant qualifications ·       At least 2 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution. Essential: ·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Data Validation, Formula) ·       Experience in telco contract tracking, vendor coordination and data management are an advantage ·       Possess good written and documentation skills and effective communication skills able to collaborate and work with various stakeholders.
