Job Title :Project Assistant(1-Year Contract, East ,Immediate starter) Salary: $4500 - 7000/month Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00PM Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative and coordination support for IT and facilities projects. • Assist with project documentation, scheduling, and progress tracking. • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and project updates. • Support procurement and project governance processes. • Ensure project activities are completed on time and in accordance with company requirements. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar role. • Experience supporting IT, facilities, or infrastructure-related projects is an advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
