Role: Project Coordinator/Manager Location: Changi JD: Key Responsibilities The Project Manager Level 1 is responsible for executing defined project tasks and supporting the project lifecycle under close supervision. Project Execution Support: Assist in the execution of project plans, schedules, and resource assignments. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project files, documentation (e.g., meeting minutes, risk logs, status reports), and ensure accuracy and timely reporting to stakeholders and the senior PM. Schedule and Task Management: Track project milestones and tasks, ensuring team members are aware of deadlines and deliverables. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate basic communication with internal project team members and, occasionally, external stakeholders under direction. Risk and Issue Tracking: Help identify, log, track, and escalate basic risks and issues to the senior project manager. Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards and acceptance criteria. Process Adherence: Follow organizational project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
