Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage all phases of assigned marine projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery • Liaise with operations, procurement, and finance teams to gather information, resolve issues, and maintain project progress • Monitor project milestones, budgets, and resources, providing regular updates to project managers and stakeholders • Identify risks, implement contingency plans, and recommend process improvements to enhance project outcomes • Maintain detailed project documentation including schedules, reports, and records • Support project managers in client and vendor communications and contract negotiations Preferred competencies and qualifications • Minimum 2-3 years of experience coordinating or managing projects, preferably in marine or engineering sectors • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive, problem-solving approach • Familiarity with marine industry regulations, standards, and best practices
