Project Engineer (BMS / Building Automation System)

• Well established Company • Basic $3500 - $ 4600 + AWS + Variable Bonus • Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression • Working location: West (Singapore)  • Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm • 5 days’ work week Job Responsibilities: • Assist in the design, planning, and execution of Building Management System (BMS) projects. • Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and clients on project requirements and site activities. • Supervise subcontractors and ensure works are carried out according to project specifications and quality standards. • Monitor project progress and prepare project reports, documentation, and site records. • Assist in project scheduling, cost control, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities. • Attend site meetings and resolve technical and site coordination issues. • Ensure project works are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with customer requirements. • Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration activities. Requirements: • Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline. • Candidates with experience in BMS, ACMV, M&E, ELV, Controls, Automation, or Building Services projects are welcome to apply.
