Job Title :  Project Engineer (Cybersecurity) Job description  Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Engineer (Cybersecurity) to join our organization in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cybersecurity initiatives from conception through implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational security objectives. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify security requirements, assess risks, and implement solutions that protect our critical assets and infrastructure. - Support execution of cybersecurity projects, including implementation and rollout activities. - Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to track progress, clarify updates, and follow up on action items. - Support technical project discussions, document key outcomes, and ensure follow-up actions are closed. - Validate implementation readiness (e.g. prerequisites, access, environment setup) prior to deployment activities. - Follow up on implementation issues, defects, and remediation actions with relevant teams and vendors. - Support user onboarding, testing coordination, and go-live activities. - Assist in cybersecurity proof-of-value (PoV) initiatives and new project onboarding activities. - Support vendor deliverables against agreed scope and highlight discrepancies for escalation to the Program Manager. - Build, maintain, and update overall project documentation across technical, security, and PMO governance areas. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field - 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity projects, IT project implementation, coordination and delivery support. Understanding of technical implementation environments (e.g. infrastructure, access management, system integration or deployment activities) Experience working with technical teams, vendors, and enterprise stakeholders in technical environments. - Strong communication skills, with ability to support discussions and document outcomes. Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on assigned actions. - Comfortable working in structured project environments with multiple dependencies and stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on actions and issue resolution. - Certifications in Infrastructure or Cybersecurity fundamentals (preferred).
