About this role
We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded People & Culture leader to join our Singapore office on a 13-month maternity cover contract. In this strategic and high-impact role, you will act as a trusted advisor and right hand to the Senior Vice President, People & Culture (MEA APAC), leading key regional initiatives and strengthening alignment between Central Office and regional teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment and is passionate about driving meaningful transformation across diverse international markets. Key Responsibilities • Lead regional transformation initiatives, including HRIS implementation, organizational design, and change management • Serve as a senior advisor to the SVP on cross-functional projects across MEA APAC • Drive alignment between global strategy and regional execution • Influence and engage senior stakeholders across multiple countries and functions • Identify opportunities to enhance people processes, structures, and ways of working About You • Proven experience in HR transformation, strategy, or regional project leadership • Exposure to the MEA APAC region is highly advantageous • Strong understanding of regional HR landscapes, market dynamics, and cultural nuances • Confident navigating ambiguity and complexity with resilience and adaptability • Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong executive presence • Commercially astute, solutions-oriented, and agile in your approach • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Why Join Us?
