Responsibility • Site Operations Management – Oversee daily operations at assigned installation and project sites, ensuring smooth execution of work activities. • Team Coordination – Organize, assign, and supervise installation, commissioning, adjustment works, and equipment handover tasks within the project team. • Project Monitoring – Track project progress, enforce compliance, and take corrective actions to address non‑conformance. • Cross‑Department Collaboration – Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Design, and other departments on delivery schedules, material shortages, and procurement requests. • Safety & Compliance – Conduct site safety patrols, enforce workplace safety regulations, and ensure adherence to environmental policies and standards. • Process & Documentation Support – Assist in developing work instructions, maintaining installation manuals, and managing project documentation to improve efficiency and quality.
