About this role
Key Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end claims verification and audit service delivery in accordance with SOPs issued by the Government Agency • Ensure compliance with SSRS 4400, SSA standards, and grant administration guidelines • Oversee verification of claims, ensuring completeness and accuracy of supporting documents • Manage preparation and submission of verification and audit reports • Ensure SLA compliance and manage escalation of complex and ageing cases • Conduct monthly progress meetings with Government Agency representatives • Oversee use of finance systems for claim submission and documentation uploads • Maintain tracking systems (Excel or equivalent) for claims status monitoring Requirements• Degree in any discipline • Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration, finance, operations, or verification/audit services • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
