Looking for experienced freelance / contract Project Manager for commercial interior fit-out project. Project type: Restaurant / bar / entertainment venue Location: Singapore Duration: Approx. 3–4 months Budget: Around $5,000/month depending on experience Scope: • Daily site coordination • Manage sub-contractors • Coordinate M&E, aircon, sprinkler, ceiling, carpentry, steel and finishing works • Track schedule and defects • Daily photo reporting • Attend site meetings • Highlight VO / delay issues early Requirements: • Must have commercial fit-out / F&B / A&A experience • Must be hands-on, not office-only • Able to read drawings • Strong with site sequencing and contractor coordination • Able to start before 1 June Please send experience, past projects and expected rate.
