About this role
The Project Manager – Global Commercial L&D Hub will support the delivery of commercial learning and development transformation initiatives by coordinating project workstreams, engaging stakeholders, and helping drive operational execution across regions and functions.Job Responsibilities • Support the development of the project charter for the Commercial Learning & Development transformation initiative. • Coordinate with stakeholders to track and follow up on key project workstreams, including LMS technology integration, capability content migration, procurement, and finance. • Co-create operational plans with country teams across global markets, including the US, Europe, and International Region. • Collaborate with external vendors to develop new training content, learning journeys, pathways, translations, and design solutions. • Help define and monitor KPIs, risk management activities, change management plans, communication plans, and timelines across different workstreams. • Partner with HR to align on required skills, competencies, and assessment approaches.
