Project Manager (IT Infrastructure)

Overview TEKsystems is partnering with a large, globally recognised enterprise to hire an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to support the delivery of IT infrastructure initiatives tied to new facilities and site expansions across the APAC region. This role focuses on end‑to‑end project execution and coordination, working closely with internal technical teams and external vendors to ensure infrastructure environments are delivered on time and ready for business operations. This is a hands‑off, individual contributor role, ideal for a structured and delivery‑focused project manager with strong infrastructure exposure. Key Responsibilities • Manage end‑to‑end IT infrastructure projects supporting new sites, offices, and facility expansions • Coordinate delivery across:Enterprise networking (LAN / WAN)Servers, storage, and compute environmentsBasic security and firewall dependenciesSite IT and unified communications teams • Act as the primary point of coordination between internal stakeholders, technical teams, and third‑party vendors • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones • Run multiple projects concurrently within a structured project framework • Track and communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders • Ensure projects follow agreed governance, documentation, and delivery standards • Support infrastructure readiness alongside real estate and construction stakeholders from an IT delivery perspective Required Experience & Skills • 7–10 years of experience in IT or Infrastructure Project Management, with a strong focus on delivery and execution • Proven track record managing infrastructure projects for new sites, offices, or facility builds (not limited to system upgrades or rollouts) • Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure environments, including:Networking (LAN / WAN)Servers, compute, and storage platforms • Experience coordinating and driving delivery across:Network, security, and site support teamsExternal vendors and service providers • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently. • Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to provide clear status updates, manage expectations, and document project outcomes • Highly structured, organised, and delivery‑focused, with a practical approach to managing scope, timelines, and dependencies Nice to Have • Experience working in manufacturing, large enterprise, or mission‑critical environments • Exposure to data centre or facility‑based infrastructure projects • Experience supporting projects across the APAC region • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) • Familiarity with common project tools such as MS Project, O365, Visio, Excel, or PowerPoint We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
